I don't have any suggestions for diploma programs, but I wonder whether it's necessary in your case: you have 7 years of experience as a Software QA Analyst. I would imagine that your experience would be enough for you to move onto other jobs within the QA department. Maybe you can consider expanding your role where you're currently at to gain different experience?
